Florida Business Consulting Confirm expansion into Jacksonville
Miami-based direct sales and marketing specialists Florida Business Consulting announced this week that they would be expanding their market reach into Jacksonville, with the launch of a new project in Florida's largest city.
July has been a phenomenal month for Florida Business Consulting, with the firm among the award winners at the 2017 Sales & Marketing Awards on July 22nd. Managing Director Eric Martin picked up the prestigious 50/50 Club Award, given for consistency and growth, and HR team member, Sasha Wang Martin won the Business Partner of the Year Award. “Over the last twelve months, we have worked hard to put new systems in place and to make our recruitment pipeline the most efficient it has ever been since we launched in 2011. A business is only as good as its people, and we have worked tirelessly to acquire talented individuals and to coach and train them to help them become key players,” commented Mr Martin.
One of the firm’s most consistent top performers, Chuby Uwadie, will be spearheading the new project in Jacksonville, set to launch mid-August. Mr Uwadie will begin the project along with a handpicked group of Florida Business Consulting’s top performers and rising stars.
Jacksonville is the largest city in Florida, and with a population of approximately 913,010 and home to a number of higher education institutions, Jacksonville provides a tremendous talent pool to recruit from. The Jacksonville division will be running a telecoms campaign, representing one of Florida Business Consulting's largest clients.
Mr Martin has attributed the firm's expansion to their commitment to recruitment over the last twelve months;
"For a business to grow and prosper it is vital to attract and retain top talent. We work hard to attract ambitious and talented individuals through our extensive interview process, and we make sure we keep them in our company by offering a working environment that is fun, friendly and nurturing and where progression opportunities are awarded based on individual merit, rather than time served or office politics. Our non-seniority business model is the secret to our success, and with our commitment to developing employees, we look forward to establishing Florida Business Consulting as a leader in the US sales and marketing industry within the next 18 months," commented Mr Martin.
The firm’s recent strides in the recruitment and employee development field were acknowledged when Managing Director, Eric Martin was invited to speak about recruitment at an industry conference in May. Held at the Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport on Saturday, May 27th, Mr Martin was among many guest
speakers at the invite-only event, with each given a topic to address delegates on. Mr Martin spoke on the subject of recruitment and disclosed the strategies and practices that Florida Business Consulting implements.
